2013-2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with rear coil springs are known to suffer from pretty serious rear axle hop, especially on 6.7L Cummins models running aggressive tuning and power mods. The lack of a solid mounting point with the frame of the truck and no way for lateral loads to get dampened means that more power and/or not enough traction can lead to wheel hop when launching, accelerating hard, ripping around off-road, or towing heavy. That's why we here at Tier One came up with our King 2.0 Anti-Hop Kit. This awesome traction and ride quality improvement comes with a King 2.0 damper and the OEM bracket and hardware found on trucks with manual transmission trucks that work together to keep your automatic Ram 2500 or 3500's rear tires in contact with the ground without sacrificing ground clearance or ride quality with a set of traction bars.
Extremely Easy Installation with a Huge Improvement in Wheel Hop and Traction
The Tier One King 2.0 Anti-Hop Kit uses a combination of OEM and aftermarket performance hardware to improve your Ram's launch, on-road acceleration, and off-road traction without the need for traction bars at all. The kit features a bracket that install on your Ram's frame and rear axle using Tier One-supplied OEM hardware. Bridging the two mounts is a King 2.0 anti-hop shock that's tough enough to survive tough applications while providing damping force to keep your truck's rear planted during lateral loading. Each shock features a progressive, symmetrical valving in a 2" diameter shock body made out of high-strength steel that's then CAD-plated to prevent corrosion in even the most extreme conditions. Tier One includes new nuts, bolts, and a ream tool so that you can install the new OEM bracket directly onto your Ram without a bunch of hassles.

- 2013-2018 Ram 2500 with automatic transmission & rear coil springs
- 2013-2018 Ram 3500 with automatic transmission & rear coil springs
For Rams with automatic transmissions only: this kit will only fit 2013-2018 Ram 2500 & 3500s with automatic transmissions. Trucks with manual transmissions will only require the shock, and will not need the hardware or bracket.
For Rams with rear coil springs only: this kit will only fit 2013-2018 Ram 2500 & 3500 models with rear coil springs. It is not guaranteed to fit trucks with rear leaf springs.
