Tier One Transmission's Core Return Policy
Tier One requires core returns for our built transmissions, valve bodies, and other parts. Many parts from other manufacturers also require core returns. In both cases, a refundable core charge will be assessed at the start of your order, which will be refunded once the OEM part that the new component replaces is returned, inspected, and accepted for a potential rebuild or remanufacture.
A "core" is defined as an OEM part or component that an aftermarket part will replace. For some products, cores need to be sent back to the manufacturer so that they can use them for other builds.

If you've elected to have your shipping deducted from your core charge, you will not receive your full core charge back. If you have any questions or concerns about our core charge policies, contact us or call us directly at 602-399-5484!
