Tier One Transmissions Return Policy
Tier One offers a 30-day return policy on items ordered via phone or through Tier One's websites. Tier One reserves the right to reject any potential return for any reason at any time.
Return Process
To begin your return, please do the following:- Log into your account on TierOneTransmissions.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from your list of orders
- Fill out our RMA form with your reason(s) for the return
- Allow 3-5 business days for Tier One to process your return
- Follow Tier One's instructions for packaging and shipping
- A package was sent without a valid and approved Tier One RMA
- The product was already installed
- The product was damaged by the user during an attempted install
- A different product is received than the one approved by the RMA
- The product is shipped back without its original packaging
- The product is missing hardware, manuals, or auxiliary parts needed for installation
Refunds
Once a product has been received, inspected, and accepted back into inventory, you will be issued a refund for the cost of your order. Tier One will not refund the following items, regardless of RMA rationale:- Shipping costs
- Installation costs
- Costs of rentals/vehicle downtime
- Taxes and duties for international shipping
- Any other real or perceived costs incurred due to a return
