Tier One Transmission's Freight Shipping Policy
Oversized and large items, including Tier One's built transmissions, ship via freight. Tier One's built transmissions have an additional $600 flat-rate shipping charge that covers both the shipment of your transmission and the shipping back of your core with our included return Bill of Lading. We do offer free freight shipping for other products on our site like lift kits, bumpers, complete suspension systems, oversized hitches, and other items. Freight shipments can have have at least a 1-3 business day prep time to arrange the shipping and palletization of your item or items.
When an item or items ship freight, it's extremely important to carefully inspect ALL items and/or boxes in the freight shipment for damage before signing the Bill of Lading while the delivery personnel are still on-site. Once you sign the Bill of Lading, the shipment is now yours, and you will not be able to return or reject the entire freight shipment. Please ensure that all items are free from damage. If an item/items in your freight shipment are damaged, immediately contact Tier One at 602-399-5484 for further instructions.
In the case that your item or items are so badly damaged that you freight shipment is rejected, we will work with you on a return, replacement, and/or refund as soon as the claim is processed with the freight service. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for claim processing.
Some products from some manufacturers may require the use of a lift gate for delivery to residential addresses. In these cases, additional charges may be applied.
Currently, we only offer international freight shipping to Canada and Mexico. If you are overseas in another country, but are interested in our products, please contact us directly for a quote. All international freight shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes, and you and you alone are responsible for the payment of those duties and taxes.
