Oil level ok, new oil type "F", vacuum to modulator present, but not measured, goes promptly into 1.st, 2.nd and reverse when operated manually, but will not shift in drive mode. Starts off in 2.nd when put in drive and stays there both in high and low revs and high and low speed. The oil pressure is to low when tested through the test port. Oil pump seems fine at inspection.
