Your stock AS69RC transmission helping to power your 2013-2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins 3500, 4500, or 5500 may be built a bit heavier-duty to help your HD Ram or dually Ram tow and haul, but it can start to show some weaknesses when you stack on the power from potent 6.7L Cummins tuning and bolt-on performance parts. Tier One's Stage 1 AS69RC Transmission can handle up to 600 horsepower and comes with all the upgrades you need to fix common AS69RC issues to improve your truck's reliability when you're towing, hauling, ripping around town, or tearing it up out in the dirt. The Tier One Stage 1 AS69RC built transmission is perfect for big Ram 6.7L Cummins build looking to add some power and torque for a do-it-all Ram truck build. Each of our Stage 1 AS69RC transmissions is 100% complete and will drop right into place of your Ram's stock AS69RC transmission without any custom modifications or tuning.

Tier One's Stage 1 AS69RC Transmission features a bunch of upgraded transmission hardware to both fix problems areas with the stock AS69RC and let you reliably add more horsepower and torque to your rig. Starting on the outside, Tier One includes a billet 6-disc torque converter that has much greater strength and power-holding than the factory cast steel, triple-disc torque converter. Each Stage 1 AS69RC transmission comes with a Sonnax billet steel K2 hub that can handle high loads and resist grooving more effectively than the stock hub. The Stage 1 Transmission comes standard with a performance valve body that can handle high line pressures and ensures adequate fluid flow throughout the transmission when under load. Each Stage 1 transmission gets a new friction module with GPZ clutches which use superior friction materials to handle higher levels of heat and load than stock. Tier One includes a deep, cast aluminum transmission pan from PPE with every Stage 1 AS69RC transmission that increases fluid capacity and improves cooling when towing or when under sustained load. Each transmission is topped off with an overhaul kit that includes new seals and gaskets before being air-checked for potential leaks.
Fully Overhauled AS69RC Transmission for Excellent Reliability
During our build of your AS69RC Stage 1 transmission, we here at Tier One go over every millimeter of its internal components to guarantee excellent function and reliability. All parts are disassembled and cleaned from our OEM cores to ensure your new AS69RC transmission is free from contaminants and other debris. We carefully inspect your transmission's planetary gear train for damage before fully speccing all bearings and washers for endplay. The original transmission pump is flat-sanded and then checked for proper clearances. The valve body is likewise flat-sanded and its solenoids thoroughly inspected for better than OEM function, and we replace the OEM accumulator plate to avoid potential codes and issues down the road. The overhaul kit includes new GPZ clutches, seals, gaskets, and sealing rings to replace all the wearable parts of the transmission before it's installed on your Ram 2500 or Ram 3500.
Thorough Testing of the Valve Body and Entire Transmission Before Shipping
We here at Tier One take pride in every built AS69RC transmission we manufacture for the Ram 6.7L Cummins trucks. To make sure that you get a transmission that's as tough as your truck, Tier One puts both the valve bodies and the entire assembled transmission through rigorous testing to ensure you get the reliability you need for heavy towing and hauling applications with your 6.7L Cummins diesel. Once the valve body has been assembled, it's air-checked for leaks before being put on our in-house valve body dyno to ensure proper fluid flow and pressure management. After final assembly of the transmission itself, we put it through a complete air-check to find potential leaks before putting the entire transmission on our in-house transmission dyno to ensure proper operation, performance, and power-holding.
