The stock flex plate on your big Ram 3500, 4500, or 5500 generally does fine for normal towing applications at stock or near-stock power levels, but if you're stacking some seriously aggressive tuning, big turbos, oversized fuel injectors, and other mods on your 6.7L Cummins Ram, you may find that that the stock flex plate can't handle the strain.
