Allison PTO Covers

The stock PTO cover on the Allison 1000 transmissions tends to do its job fairly well, but over time they are prone to slipping and warping which can cause leaks out of the PTO housing. Not to mention, flat sheet metal just doesn't look that great. That's why Tier One offers a selection of improved billet Allison PTO covers that add an awesome look to your transmission while being both stronger and less leak-prone than stock. These PTO covers are made out of thick cast or billet aluminum that makes them much less susceptible to flexing and warping over time like the stock sheet metal PTO cover. Most of our Allison PTO covers come with built-in cooling fins which can help keep your truck's transmission temps down, even when under load.
