EARLY 5R BILLET INTERMEDIATE 94T

5R110 Billet Intermediate Shaft. Address the weakest part of the 5R110 transmission with the 5R110 Billet Intermediate Shaft. Made with a Select Allow that has been heat treated for durability. Radius was increased in critical load areas to withstand the increased power output of today's vehicles.

  • Early 2008 F250 6.4L Powerstroke with 5R110W transmission
  • Early 2008 F350 6.4L Powerstroke with 5R110W transmission
  • 2003-2007 F250 6.4L Powerstroke with 5R110W transmission
  • 2003-2007 F350 6.4L Powerstroke with 5R110W transmission

For early 2008 models only: this intermediate shaft will only fit 2003 to early 2008 Super Duty 6.4L Models with 5R110W transmissions. Later 2008 to 2010 Super Dutys use a different intermediate shaft design. If you have a 2008 Super Duty, please verify your truck's build date and transmission type before ordering.
