Your mighty Duramax truck can make a whole ton of power, and even though its Allison 1000 transmission may be built tough, it's factory valve body can start to let you down when you start stacking on the performance modifications and tuning. The Tier One High-Pressure Allison 1000 Valve Body was designed from the ground up to handle a ton of horsepower and torque, all while fixing common Allison 1000 transmission issues and improving your Allison transmission's general reliability. The Tier One High Pressure Allison 1000 Valve Body is rated to handle over 1000 horsepower, which lets you throw big turbos, custom exhaust systems, oversized injectors, and aggressive tuning onto your awesome 2001-2003 Duramax truck without needing to worry about your valve body letting you down. The Tier One Allison 1000 Valve Body is a drop-in replacement for your Silverado or Sierra 2500 or 3500's stock valve body so that you can get your truck back on the road or churning out more power in practically no time.
Features a TransGo Shift Kit, New Trim Solenoids, and a new Switch Manifold
The Tier One Allison 1000 Valve Body features a combination of new OEM and upgraded aftermarket components that let it hold and handle more power, while giving your Duramax a huge improvement in reliability. Tier One builds each Allison valve body using a TransGo Jr. Valve Body Shift Kit that includes hardened steel trim valves with new balls and springs which all work together to increase the strength and durability of the friction plate under high line pressures and levels of load. We here at Tier One include new A and B trim solenoids which are then carefully inspected and tested for better-than-OEM function to ensure you get the utmost reliability out of your Tier One Allison valve body. We also install a new pressure switch manifold to help prevent failures and keep your truck on the road. After final assembly of each Allison valve body, Tier One runs them on our in-house valve body dyno to make sure the valve bodies are functioning perfectly before being shipped out.

2004-2005 GM Duramax Allison 1000 Valve Body are also available.
Requires relearn: after installation of this valve body, your transmission will require a relearn for proper operation.
Requires core charge: this valve body requires an additional $500 core charge, which will be refunded to you on receipt of your stock valve body.
